we're all about adding value to brand leaders. our mission is to help brands amplify their impact. we have three departments to make this happen: 1) advising & consulting 2) events 3) investing executive advising we work with executives at leading technology, communications, lifestyle brands, and everything in between. our clients have a focus on innovation and challenging the status quo. client list includes: adobe, harley-davidson, starbucks, rei, green mountain coffee roasters, clever creative, the fowler group. --> we're typically brought in to: -align c suite and leadership teams behind strategic goals -advise on high-value decisions and/or brand expansion initiatives -guide leadership on advancing design culture, or other large “culture shocks -design and deploy strategic growth plans departmental consulting in addition to enterprise leadership support, we offer departmental advising services. --> we primarily consult with design, creative, communications, marketing, and sales departments in the following areas: -departmental organizational redesigns -process improvement improvement/redesign + implementation -sales messaging and training -on-site design workshops -on-site engagement workshops events: this division creates events of all shapes and sizes, with the mission of delivering a delightful and engaging experiences. while we host our own conference series (xchange), we offer custom event services. we typically deliver custom events centered around agency strategy, organizational effectiveness, and advancing design culture. client list includes: adobe, north carolina state university, ama, how, aiga. --> typical deliverables range from: -internal design summits -design thinking roundtables -interdepartmental workshops
